I trained with some of the best
therapists in the north of England, who offered support and encouragement in
some of my darker moments (Yes even counsellors have those)
During my training I worked as a counsellor at a Rape Crisis centre for two
years, whilst also doing work for the women's centre and a Drug action
organisation. Alongside my formal training I also took many courses, and attended many
training workshops to enhance my own development both as a counsellor and
personally. some of the courses I took gave me additional qualifications.
